We haven’t posted in awhile, partially because we are expanding our business!
A couple of things have happened since we last posted on this site.
We have expanded our personal chef service to area residents in need of fresh chapathis, subzis (curries), chutneys, and sambhars (stews). So, if you are in need of a break after a long day at the office, and you are tired of fast food, take home some homemade healthy vegetarian cooking, inspired by North and South Indian standards.
We have also been on the road! There is a growing base of Fresh-2-Table fans living near the Midland-Odessa area. After an initial response, and with a scheduling juggle, we will be back in Midland on the weekend of April 29, 2017. So, Midlanders! Get your orders in by April 20, 2017, end of business day, so we have time to get the veggies and sundries you need and want.
Finally, we have been taking this time to perfect a daily “grab-n-go” menu, where the Chef prepares meals based on a daily menu schedule. We’re working out the logistics now, but expect some exciting posts about that service soon.
To our dedicated F2T crowd, we have not forgotten your desire for high-quality vegetables. We are planning a pickup from our distributors in middle of April. Chef is headed to India to find inspiration for the Fresh-2-Table menu, and will be back before April 1st. But, look for our call-to-order in April.
